In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, I will endeavour to reschedule as soon as possible. If you can inform me 24 hours before you need to cancel, I will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at our earliest convenience. If it is not possible to give notice, due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform me as soon as possible, as not showing up or letting me know in time will incur the day’s session fees being lost.

I'm very sorry, we don't have a waiting room at Lighthouse Learning, so unless you've arranged to wait due to special circumstances, we highly recommend taking the short drive into Olney, where there are lovely coffee shops and cafés.

Parents/Carers bringing children to the drama school can wait downstairs in the Baptist Church where refreshments can be purchased.
